Our Journey
From Utility Billing to Full Municipal Platform
Where It Began
The company's initial efforts were focused on municipal utility services. The Diversified Billing system began life running on IBM minicomputers and evolved over time to take advantage of DOS- and Windows-based personal computers.
The Internet Revolution
And then came the internet. Each evolution allowed municipal clients to leverage the new technologies to do more for their customers with less human resource.
Citizen Action Center
Development of the citizen-facing applications in the Citizen Action Center broadened the company's focus from the utility department to the entire municipality. These applications provided citizens with the tools required to interact with their local government at their convenience 24/7.
Today's Platform
The expanded Citizen Action Center now includes a full suite of software tools that can be used to drive automated processes which can dramatically increase both the efficiency and effectiveness of services provided by local government to its citizens.
